Cyto-Mine® Chroma is a multiplexing-capable, fully-automated single cell analysis platform that can encapsulate, analyze, sort, and dispense viable single cells.
Leveraging picodroplet technology, single cells are encapsulated in tiny volumes of liquid (e.g. cell culture media). Cyto-Mine® Chroma automates incubation of the cells and cellular output, proliferation, and/or interactions can be measured using standard fluor-based assays.
The automated system screens millions to tens of millions of viable single cells and simple controls allow users to select and dispense targeted desired cells for downstream outgrowth

•Current mass spectrometers in the omics field are limited due to speed, sensitivity and resolution, posing a challenge to mapping coverage of proteomes or metabolomes in biological samples.
•Trapped ion mobility spectrometry (TIMS) enables the addition of a further separation method along with HPLC to increase peak capacity by resolving sample complexity. It also works to accumulate and concentrate ions of a specified m/z to increase speed and sensitivity.
•Ions are separated using TIMS, eluted and then detected in the quadrupole time of flight (QTOF).
•This enables the parallel accumulation serial fragmentation (PASEF) to serially fragment ions. This increases MS/MS speed and sensitivity, requiring minimal sample amounts.
