Welcoming UKRI CEO - Sir Ian Chapman

FMI recently had the immense pleasure of hosting Sir Ian Chapman, CEO of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), at our site. He met with both Prof. Chris Scott and Dr. Stephen Liggett, and was given a tour of our facilities, including a visit to the neighbouring Johnston Centre for Cancer Research (JCRC). It was a pleasure to show him our labs, highlight the cutting-edge projects underway, and share our vision for health research and advancement.

As part of the Innovate UK Strength in Places scheme, we look forward to working closely with everyone at UKRI to foster collaboration, share expertise, and support new initiatives that will deliver benefits across the Northern Ireland health and life sciences landscape and to patients.
